*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Guide (MACTE or AMI Trained) to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, guiding them in their learning journey while adhering to Montessori principles. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to early childhood education, and the ability to engage with children effectively. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of each child. * Create a prepared environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love for learning. * Observe and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback and support. * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning atmosphere. * Lead classroom activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. * Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience through shared resources and ideas. * Uphold Montessori philosophy and practices in all aspects of teaching and classroom management. *Requirements* * MACTE or AMI certification in Montessori education is required. * Experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred. * Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering teamwork within the classroom. * Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families. * Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks and communication purposes. * Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial for supporting all learners. * Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding student progress in English.
