The mission of our Warehouse team is to drive top line sales through efficient, accurate and on-time order shipments and deliver bottom line savings through seamless warehouse operations. Reporting directly to our Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate will bring experience in shipping, receiving, palletizing, and loading. *DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Off-load furniture from trailers including coffee tables, sectional sofas and dining room tables * Move 50-75 pound furniture into designated storage areas * Check and help maintain equipment such as forklifts, reach stackers and pallet jacks * Wrap skids with shrink wrap * Follow inventory management rules as directed * Keep all production lines stocked upon request * Perform inventory cycle counts * Pull and pre-stage all supplies for the next day's production * Keep the warehouse clean and orderly *SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:* * Steel-toed boots are required in the warehouse * Strong communication skills * LO Order Picker license is considered an asset * Previous warehouse experience is an asset * Level-1 first aid is considered an asset *WHAT WE OFFER:* * Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision) with enhanced coverage for mental health resources. * Stocked kitchen with snacks. * Generous product discounts for yourself, friends, and family. * Professional development opportunities. * Free weekly spin classes at Ride Cycle Club (locations in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto).
