At Rejuuv Medi Spa we pride ourselves on our unique client-centered approach which provides our clients with the most comprehensive and appropriate care possible. *Summary of Position* Rejuuv Medi Spa is seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant with a great attitude and sales experience. You must have a friendly disposition and love to help people achieve their aesthetic goals. The ideal candidate understands the importance of integrity, honesty, and sincerity while delivering exceptional, professional service to our clients. *Roles and Responsibilities* \*Consults and provide guidance to clients on the procedures available at the clinic \*Sales and endorse products & treatments suggested by our team of professionals \*Process payments for services \*Answer and make telephone calls and emails to clients \*Book treatments & services and advise clients of promotions \*Resolve patient concerns and/or complaints promptly \*Assist in ensuring client needs are met and their experience is satisfying \*Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa \*Reliable, motivated, and engaging qualities necessary \*Superior customer service skills required *Qualifications* \*Strong aptitude with numbers \*Previous experience in sales role \*Experience with spa or medical software an asset \*Experience with cosmetic or medical spa industry \*Excellent written and oral communication skills \*Must have superior customer service skills \*Strong attention to detail \*Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism \*Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills \*Strong time management and organizational skills \*Honest, courteous, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics \*Driven and able to work with minimum supervision \*Knowledge of English / Mandarin/Cantonese an asset *Job Types:* Full-time must be available to work evenings and weekends *Experience:* \*Sales experience 1 year (Preferred) *Locations:* Toronto *We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) * Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
