As former varsity level athletes, they loved the joy that comes from getting the heart rate up and having that feeling of breathlessness. They were also familiar with the hurdles that face the modern family when it comes to getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle. Around that time, April stepped into an F45 studio and knew immediately that it was a workout she could get addicted to after so many failed attempts at other workouts. Fast forward to today ? F45 Sunnylea is thrilled to help regular, everyday people get that feeling of hope and exhilaration after their very first F45 class. _ _*And this is what F45 Sunnylea stands for - a place where people who haven?t worked out for a long, long time (or ever) feel like they found their home. They feel seen. F45 Sunnylea is a newish studio in Etobicoke (we opened during the pandemic) and we?re looking for an energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic certified personal trainer to join our friendly, hardworking team. We have built a thriving community that is growing rapidly, and we need more help! A bit about the F45 chain ? F45 is the fastest growing fitness network in the world, and we specialize in HIIT and functional based training. Our workout programs are designed to allow our trainers to engage with our members to deliver a safe, supportive and encouraging workout environment. We like our trainers to focus on educating the members with a focus on safety. *Requirements:* Certified personal training specialist or group fitness instructor specialist (+3 years preferred) Current first aid and CPR certification Independent Personal liability insurance A genuine passion for fitness. Meaning ? fitness is a hobby outside of your job (not just your mandatory work outs to stay in shape). Excellent customer service and communication skills Drive to learn and passion for fitness *Responsibilities and Duties:* Lead, demonstrate and supervise members during a highly energetic and up lifting 45 minute pre-designed F45 workout program Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends Ensure members safety by offering exercise modifications, anticipating their needs, and correcting technique in a professional and respectful manner Assist with member sales, daily admin, and customer enquires Evening shifts include setting up the equipment for the next day Maintain cleanness and organization of studio at all times Work with studio owner to meet business objectives Be involved in building a sense of community with members and staff at F45.
