*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! *Duties* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs. * Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer. * Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. * Analyze customer feedback and issues to provide effective solutions and escalate when necessary. * Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery. *Requirements* * (Motorcycle knowledge is not required) * Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English * Bilingual is an asset but not a requirement * Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
