This is a long term admin position and as such not suitable for candidates searching for interim employment while pursuing other degrees/licensing ) \*\*\* Our busy practice is looking for a full time senior dental receptionist. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role in a Canadian/Ontario dental office. The ideal individual is detail- oriented, self-motivated and has exceptional customer service, multi-tasking and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Dentrix is an asset . Must have in-depth experience with dental insurance. Invisalign treatment is a large part of this practice and we are looking for someone who is comfortable discussing treatment and organizing financial plans for patients in a warm and engaging way. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Bonus system in place when production goals are met. Salary based on experience. The clinic is conveniently located downtown, next to college station. We are a warm and welcoming privately owned office looking for someone who wants to be a part of a long term dental family. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * dental reception: 2 years (required) * dental insurance: 2 years (required) * RECENT dental office administration: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: * please do not apply if you have no dental admin experience (required) * this job is not suitable for ITDs in process of licensing (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
