*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively with various plumbing systems. This role requires a hands-on approach in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Duties* * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures. * Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs. * Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. * Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters to ensure seamless project execution. * Weld pipes when necessary to create strong connections in plumbing systems. * Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. *Requirements* * Minimum Level 2 Plumber * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. * Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work. * Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. * Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials to job sites. * Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed throughout the day. * Must have a minimum of a G driver's license and a clean driver's abstract Join our team of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing services.
