*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in various carpentry tasks and a strong attention to detail. *Duties* - Perform carpentry work in accordance with blueprints or specific instructions - Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, cabinets, and doors - Repair or replace damaged components using hand and power tools - Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes - Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time *Experience* - Proficiency in caulking, construction estimating, and reading schematics - Experience with tile laying, drywall installation, siding assembly, and construction painting is a plus - Previous work as a maintenance person or in a similar role is advantageous - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team \* \*\*Must have your own vehicle and tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Construction: 1 year (required) * Carpentry: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWest Kelowna, BC
