*Job Summary:* We are looking for a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. * Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders. * Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. * Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and allergens. * Suggest additional items and up-sell when appropriate. * Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. * Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including cleaning tables and floors. * Regularly check and clean washrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and hygienic. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent customer service skills. * Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * SMART SERVE Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.20 per hour Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Afternoon shift * Day shift * Evening shift Work days: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * serving: 3 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Smart Serve (required) Work Location: In person- LocationChatham-Kent, ON
