*Job Overview* We are seeking a Red Seal Carpenter to join our team. Preference given to those with project management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be able to work independently as well as capable of leading a team. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings as well as strong leadership skills. We also have openings for carpenters and 4th year apprentices. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction. * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including flooring installation, caulking, cabinet installation, drywall work, and concrete forming. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and plans accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary. * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. * Project management experience or Site superintendent experience * A valid driver's license may be required based on job location.
