*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Artist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your expertise in eyelash application and customer service will help enhance our clients' beauty and confidence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for upselling additional services and products. *Responsibilities* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met. * Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles. * Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and experience. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, picking up calls, and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services. *Skills* * Minimum 1 year experience as a lash artist, bonus if you are trained in lash lifts and brow lamination * Proficient in eyelash extension techniques with a keen eye for detail * Excellent customer service skills, fostering a welcoming and caring environment for clients. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. * Exceptional attention to detail in each set and also interpersonal relationships Join our dynamic team as an Lash Technician, where your skills will shine, and you will play a vital role in helping clients look and feel their best!
