Temporary Full-Time (August 12, 2024 to June 27, 2025) Brampton Site 37.5 hours/week Work Arrangement: Community Position Summary: School Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) provides occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy to students in publically funded schools from kindergarten to school exit. SBRS clinicians consult with the school team to enable student participation in the school curriculum and school based activities. Key Responsibilities:Schedule, manage, coordinate and effectively deliver services to students identified and referred to School Based Physiotherapy services. Initial assessments, reassessments, goal setting and consultation to the school team and treatment when appropriate. Working collaboratively with the team to determine a service delivery plan for each student. Equipment prescription through the Special Education Amount (SEA) program. Collaboration with the school board team- LocationBrampton, ON
