We extend our respect to all First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples for their valuable past and present contributions to this land.<p> <p><p> <p>Under the general direction of the Senior Office Administrator, the Office Administrator (11 months): <p><p> <p> provides administrative support services to administrators, teachers, the Senior Office Administrator, students and parents.<p> <p><p> <p>Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:<p><p> <p> Secondary School Diploma;<p> <p> <p> one year of Community college in a related field;<p> <p> <p> two years of related experience;<p> <p> <p> proficiency in word processing;<p> <p> <p> ability to organize and prioritize;<p> <p> <p> good telephone manners;<p> <p> <p> display discretion, tact and diplomacy;<p> <p> <p> have the ability to work independently;<p> <p> <p> individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.<p> <p><p> <p>This is a permanent, full-time, eleven (11) month position with an annual salary range of $49,069 - $52,859.
