Role: Electrical ForemanLocation: Rosetown, SK Our Client is offering a chance for you to lead and innovate the future of energy solution with the role for a skilled Electrical Foreman in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. In this role youll lead critical electrical projects, drive the development and mentorship of your team and make an impact in the community. As the Electrical Foreman, you will work safely and collaboratively and are responsible for: - Ensure key project timelines and deadlines are followed and maintained, providing updates to Industrial Manager and clients.- Lead the growth and development of the Oil & Gas team by providing strength and opportunity-based feedback to Apprentices and Journeypersons and site training as needed. In addition, complete site orientations to new team members.- Oversee and review daily work completed by Electricians to ensure Impact Energy and clients standards are met.- Actively participate in projects including trenching and laying conduit, pulling, and terminating wires, and operating trencher if trained and certified. As the Electrical Foreman, you will bring: - Hold a valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as a Construction Electrician.- At least 5 years experience as a Journeyperson Electrician.- Hold a valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean driving record.- LocationRosetown, SK
