*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. * Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively. * Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. * Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette. * Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. * Assist with reservations and manage bookings as needed. * Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. * Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel environment is a plus. * Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests. * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. * Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous. * A background in hospitality is beneficial but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
