Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Milton, ON Company: Agile Healthcare Solutions Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract Job Description: Agile Healthcare Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our patients. Responsibilities: * Monitor and document patients' health status, progress, and any changes in their condition. * Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, medication administration, and patient education. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. * Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and adhere to infection control protocols. * Provide emotional support to patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and compassion. Qualifications: * Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario. * Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN in a healthcare setting. * Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on evidence-based care. * Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. * Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ongoing learning. * Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification. Job Types: Part-time, Casual Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: * First Aid Certification (preferred) * CPR Certification (preferred) * Vulnerable Sector Check (preferred) * CNO Membership (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMilton, ON
