*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to work effectively in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and experience with various plumbing tools and equipment. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
*Duties*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
* Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
* Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
* Perform troubleshooting on malfunctioning plumbing systems and make necessary repairs.
* Collaborate with HVAC technicians as needed for integrated system installations.
* Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools safely.
* Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
* Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for commercial driving purposes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $22.65-$43.41 per hour
