They provide a variety of services (both commercial and residential) and have built a reputation for their dedication to delivering quality projects, safely, on time and on budget. With a variety of projects underway including several custom and spec single family homes, multi-family townhouses and apartments, and commercial and design build projects, they are looking to expand their Project Management team. They are currently looking to add a  Project Manager to their growing team. As the successful candidate, you will utilize a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy to execute projects from estimate to close-out. Your organization, strategic leadership and team management skills will assist you to initiate, monitor, and deliver project plans with minimal supervision. Reporting to the President and working in collaboration with other Project Managers, you will be responsible for meeting the project goals in terms of budgets, timelines, customer communication and customer satisfaction. As a highly organized individual, you can seamlessly multi-task as you manage multiple projects at one time, solve problems creatively, and build a cohesive project team. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget by collaborating with the project lead, clients, contractors, and vendors; Meet with contractors and stakeholders to effectively communicate the scope of project budgets, progress, performance, and close-outs; Develop and manage project schedules; Collaborate with the management team to coordinate and schedule projects with customers, field techs, suppliers, and other team members; Work with the project lead to identify all operation aspects of the job including labor, equipment, consumables and materials along with any sub-contractor requirements with attention to budgetary limitations; Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks; Manage changes to project scope through a defined change management process; Create and submit RFIs as required; Track project expenses and maintain project budgets including monthly progress invoices for projects; Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders including contracts, change orders, and project reports; Identify possible cost saving opportunities and/or risk items that will occur; Collect and analyze project data to track progress and identify areas for improvement; Promote a safe working culture on sites by enforcing safety regulations, work performance standards, rules and working conditions; Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers; Attend site meetings as required, including trade meetings; Participate in sales and business development by identifying potential project opportunities and new clients; Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies; Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders; Other duties and responsibilities as required.
