Modern, Revolutionary & Boutique - Oxygen Yoga and Fitness offers variety & unique classes for all fitness levels. Oxygen Yoga and Fitness is hiring a full time Membership Sales Consultant. At Oxygen Yoga, we challenge our members to make lifestyle changes too better their health, wellness and personal growth. We help members achieve an overall balance, a healthier lifestyle and we create positive changes in people?s lives. Our Team of inspiring individuals will motivate our members to achieve their personal best in all of their endeavours. From the moment, our members walk through the door they will feel welcomed into the Oxygen Community. *Responsibilities of our Membership Sales Consultant:* * Promote and sell memberships to potential new members and will renew or up-sell memberships to current members. * Through membership sales will achieve sale goals and targets Source out new members and referrals * Is knowledgable on Oxygen Yoga?s pricing and sales promotions Follows and understand Oxygen Yoga?s sales process * Conducts Orientations and Tours of our facility * Daily phone/email communications, generating leads and closing sales Organized work space * Complete training on Mindbody software Additional duties completed as given * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and enhancing retail sales performance. * Maintain organized documentation of sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights. *Qualifications of our Membership Sales Consultant* * Has passion for health and fitness * Preferred sales experience * Has strong communication skills and is confident in their sales approach Is organized and understands time management * Passionate about creating meaningful connections * Self-Motivator * Strong work ethic who is able to demonstrate initiative * Multitasker * High School Completion Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * OMVIC (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationBellevue, PE
