In fact, we are one of very few companies in the Canada that offers construction, renovation and maintenance to keep self storage facilities operating.</p><p>Currently, the company manages renovation and maintenance over hundred properties throughout Canada, and are currently seeking an Electrician!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Reads, understand and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications</li><li>Installs, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, conduit/cable equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools</li><li>Inspect and troubleshoots electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers</li><li>Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices</li><li>Test for malfunctions and verify repairs</li><li>Documentation of all programming changes is a core competency.</li><li>Follow building regulations</li><li>Familiar with fire alarm system would be as an asset.</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Journeyman with 309A Electrical License holder</li><li>Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields</li><li>Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals</li><li>Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools</li><li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Company vehicle and tools</li><li>Laptop, cellphone, and uniform</li><li>Salary negotiable depending on experience and knowledge</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision care</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Established in 2004, Access Property Development has been developing, constructing, and maintaining quality storage facilities for 15 years. As one of the first companies to offer the services of a fully in-house construction company, APD is able to control up to 50% of storage construction costs by providing a fully Licenced HVAC and Electrical division along with in-house Locker Installations and Project Management Services.
