A career as a Product Owner in the Models, Technology, and Transformation team at National Bank means having a positive impact on our organization through your management skills, ability to work on high-impact projects, and focus on delivering value. <div><br></div><div><strong>Your role </strong></div><div><ul><li>Act as a Product Owner (P.O. - following the Scrum/Agile methodology) for the team?s initiatives and projects. </li><li>Take responsibility for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the development roadmap of solution delivery. </li><li>Work closely with team experts and partners to represent needs and define acceptance criteria for solutions. </li><li>Break down and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery, considering constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors. This includes: Building and managing the backlog to achieve the business vision, and Prioritizing the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) for the delivery team based on business value.</li><li>Support change adaptation, gain buy-in from others, and manage resistance to change. </li><li>Continuously implement improvements and adjustments to the product to enhance the experience and meet current and future needs. </li></ul></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your Team </strong></div><div>Within the Compliance sector, you will be part of a team of 14 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of RPCFAT Risk Management.
