The chance to build on your strengths and grow your skills.</li><li>An opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow with the new ownership over the long term.</li><li>Compensation $130,000 - $145,000.</li><li>Bonus and commission opportunities.</li><li>Company Paid benefits</li><li>Group RRSP plan</li><li>Excellent work environment and culture</li></ul><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the ownership group.</li><li>You will be responsible for establishing new business relationships within the construction industry, creating sales opportunities, and estimating/quoting those opportunities. This position will develop business opportunities and lead growth, with a primary mandate focused on adding and developing new customer relationships. </li><li>Preparation of proposals, quotations and contracts.</li><li>Determine construction obstacles that may increase the project cost in advance; ability to make alternative recommendations</li><li>Service as the primary "point of contact" for customers during project execution, serving customer needs and requests and troubleshooting when/if required.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years of Scaffold Industry sales/estimating experience (e.g., previous experience estimating/selling scaffolding or other access solutions, or previous experience managing or building scaffolding-related projects. </li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrate a track record of success in prospecting and growing new accounts </li><li>Proven ability to network effectively with on-site project managers/site supervisors and a history of building and sustaining strong business relationships.</li><li>Motivated self-starter who enjoys working in the construction field.</li></ul><p><strong><em>We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only individuals selected for interviews will be contacted.
