Kerrisdale Optical is a high-end boutique style eyeglasses store based in Vancouver B.C.. For over 20 years, we have provided our valued customers an extensive selection of luxury brands for eyewear, excellent service, and a warm and inviting shopping environment. We are currently looking for a *full time sales associate *to join our team. *Come join us if you enjoy...* * Interacting with customers * Working in a team and in an engaging environment * Seeking new information and skills *As a sales associate, you will be:* * Actively engaging and interacting with customers * Assisting customers in making informed decisions by being knowledgable on all products offered * Using exceptional customer service and selling skills to promote products * Performing a variety of sales support tasks and operational duties *Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience * Able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills * Multilingual is an asset (Mandarin/Cantonese) Note: we will provide further training for the qualified candidates. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: * Vision care Shift: * 8 hour shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) * customer service: 1 year (preferred) Language: * Cantonese or Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
