Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Weigh meats for sale. Cut poultry into parts. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Slice cooked meats. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Accurate. Team player. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
