*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance with golf equipment, with the ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs on various types of machinery and vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. *Duties* * Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues. * Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations. * Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment. * Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. * Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components. * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. * Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. * A Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications (e.g., ASE) are a plus. * Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
