<p>The Jazz Lebourgneuf residence located near the Galeries de la Capitale, close to all services and with easy access to public transportation is currently looking for a Dining Room Manager to join our great food services team.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>The Dining Room Manager plans and directs activities related to dining room service. He/she ensures the smooth running of the meal service, manages the staff involved and ensures that outstanding customer service is maintained.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul></ul><div>Administration</div><ul><li>Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met</li><li>If required, collaborate on the various residence committees</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service</li></ul></ul><div>Management</div><ul><li>Assist with the staffing process in your area by onboarding, training and integrating new personnel</li><li>Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general</li><li>Perform staff assessment</li><li>Plan human resources and manage replacements in the health care department</li><li>Plan, manage and monitor operations in the dining room</li></ul></ul><div>Food Services</div><ul><li>Assist in ensuring resident and staff safety in the dinning room by enforcing compliance with health and safety standards</li><li>Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service</li><li>Greet clients and orient new residents by proposing their seat at an appropriate table</li><li>Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable</li><li>Participate in table service with your team of waiters</li><li>Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>knowledge of a Maitre D</li><li>High school diploma (SSD)</li><li>Experience in personnel management</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in restoration</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Referral Program</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free meals in the dining room</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Temporary: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationQuébec, QC
