Whether you?re looking to advance in your data analytics career or explore leadership opportunities, we?re committed to helping you grow with us. *WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE?* We're looking for someone who: * Loves Working with Data: You have a strong background in explanatory statistics and analysis and enjoy diving deep into datasets, identifying patterns, and explaining trends with clarity. * Has a Passion for Data Storytelling: You can present complex data in a clear and engaging manner, both in writing and verbally, empowering leaders to make informed decisions. * Innovates with Analysis: You are driven to explore new methods for data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement that enhance value for clients. * Is a Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You take initiative and proactively resolve issues, demonstrating a strong drive to find solutions. * Leverages AI: You embrace the use of artificial intelligence, such as OpenAI, to enhance both quality and productivity, treating them as your copilot in achieving better results. * Enjoys Client Interaction: You have a knack for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and people find you approachable. You enjoy providing ongoing support and helping clients effectively use our analytical tools to solve real-world problems. * Optional: Familiarity with T-SQL and healthcare is nice to have, but not required?your passion for data is more important than specific industry experience. If you?re passionate about data-driven solutions and want to make a real impact in healthcare, we?d love to hear from you *YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES* * Deliver Actionable Insights: Lead the charge in analyzing and presenting data insights to hospital clients, making our reports and dashboards impactful and easy to understand. * Work with Our Clients: Work closely with numerous hospital teams, exploring fresh approaches to data analysis and jointly developing solutions that enhance value and outcomes. * Present Findings to Hospital Leadership: Share compelling insights and recommendations through clear, engaging presentations that help hospital leaders make informed decisions. * Advocate for Our Clients: Serve as the voice of our clients within 3terra, sharing their feedback, challenges, and ideas to help us continually improve our services. * Promote Our Tools: Highlight the value of our analytical tools to hospital stakeholders, driving adoption of new services and ensuring clients are fully utilizing our solutions. * Master Our Software: Develop deep expertise in our products to support clients and offer training that empowers them to use our tools effectively. *ABOUT 3TERRA* 3terra is- LocationMississauga, ON
