_*309A ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED*_ FACED PACED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR IS LOOKING FOR A 309A ELECTRICIAN FOR COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL/RESIDENTIAL INSTALLATION AND SERVICE WORK *SKILLS REQUIRED:* * *309A LICENSE REQUIRED* * *ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION/SERVICE WORK* * *READ BLUEPRINTS AND BE ABLE TO PLAN AND CARRY OUT INSTALLATIONS* * *SELF STARTER* * *MOTOR & VFD INSTALLATION AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS* * *RELIABLE WITH GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT* * *CONVERSANT WITH OESC 2021* * *ATTENTION TO DETAIL - GOOD WITH PAPERWORK* * *TECHNOLOGY ORIENTATED* * *RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL GENERATOR INSTALLATION/SERVICE EXPERIENCE AN ASSET* * *MECHANICALLY INCLINED AN ASSET* Job Duties: * Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in accordance with appropriate codes (e.g., Canadian Electrical Code) * Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation * Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards * Communicating any issues to clients * Managing peers (dividing job tasks, work as a team) * Training apprentices and/or coworkers * Recommending job improvements and alternative methods (problem solving) Job Duties: * Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations * Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation * Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards * Communicate any issues to clients, and discuss payment options and scheduling * Other duties as requested Work remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Overtime Experience: * electrician: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * 309A RED SEAL (required) * Drivers Licence (required) * WORKING AT HEIGHTS (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationOrillia, ON
