<span><span>We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in a unionized plant. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in planning, developing and strategically managing the workforce to support our company?s production and growth objectives.<br><br>Profile of qualities and skills:</span></span><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management in a unionized environment, ideally in a manufacturing environment;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of workforce management practices, labor relations and health and safety prevention;</li><li>Strong coaching and management support skills;</li><li>Ability to work in a team and manage priorities independently;</li><li>Fluency in French and English, to communicate easily with your colleagues in the English-speaking provinces and the United States.</li></ul><p><strong>This position offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of our HR practices and play a central role in the development of our team.</strong></p><ul><li>Annual salary ($85,000 ? $120,000) to be determined based on qualifications and a performance bonus.</li><li>Group insurance & Pension plan with company contributions.</li><li>Profit sharing plan.</li><li>Employee assistance program.</li><li>Stimulating work environment and projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong><span> </span>Lanaudière</p><p>If you want to be part of our client?s adventure towards excellence, apply now!</p> <br> <strong>Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:</strong><ul><li><strong>Workforce Planning:</strong><span> </span>Ensure effective planning of workforce needs, including succession, while respecting capital and operating budgets.</li><li><strong>Skills Development:</strong><span> </span>Design and implement the training plan to promote the continuous development of employees.</li><li><strong>Coaching and Supervisor Support:</strong><span> </span>Provide coaching to supervisors for goal setting, compensation management, performance reviews and the development of skills development plans for all employees.</li><li><strong>Labour Relations and Continuous Improvement:</strong><span> </span>Manage labour relations and apply the company?s business policies and processes. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li><strong>Health and Safety:</strong><span> </span>Participate in accident prevention and manage Health and Safety files, including disability and CNESST file management.</li><li><strong>Training for key positions:</strong><span> </span>Train key position holders to ensure mastery of each business process.</li></ul>
