*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. * Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained. * Communicate effectively with guests to address any requests or concerns, providing excellent customer service. * Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to facilitate smooth operations. * Cook simple meals or snacks as needed, adhering to dietary restrictions when applicable. * Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames. * Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. * Uphold safety standards while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. *Qualifications* * Proficiency in English; ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. * Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning routines and supply management. * A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of basic cooking skills is a plus. * Familiarity with 'Frenchify' cleaning techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
