* Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, and under the supervision of a pharmacist, this role is responsible for performing specific dispensing functions as outlined by provincial regulations and standards of practice. * The successful candidate must have a professional attitude, and excellent communication skills. * The candidates will join a pharmacy team that prides itself in delivering excellent customer service and a flexible working environment. * Applicants must be motivated, possess superior organizational skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team. *QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:* * Preference will be given to those with previous experience in a pharmacy. * Excellent ability to work as part of a team or independently. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Professional image and proper grooming. * Professional attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers. *Responsibilities* * Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients accurately. * Provide excellent patient care by answering inquiries and offering assistance. * Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. * Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. * Apply organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Utilize communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week Benefits: * Extended health care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Pharmacy: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-16- LocationBeausejour, MB
