*The Opportunity*
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our expanding team based in downtown Nelson, British Columbia. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is tasked with the day-to-day coordination of projects, including material procurement, workflow management, handling Requests for Information (RFI?s), ensuring documentation accuracy, preparing reports and contracts, and processing invoices.

* Coordinating project schedules with the Project Manager.
* Undertaking, as directed, the Tendering and Procurement processes.
* Organizing and allocating resources, including crews, equipment, and project management time.
* Managing information flow, ensuring proper documentation for each project.
* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
* Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
* Interacting with clients, maintaining consistent communication on all project aspects.
* Facilitating the change event process, ensuring accurate and timely communication and documentation.
* Undertaking other project tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
* Providing administrative support to the company, as needed.
* Executing some or all of these responsibilities for related companies and initiatives, as required.
*Does this sound like you?*
* A bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Construction Software such as Spectrum or Procore considered an asset.
* Ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
