*Schedule: *10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
*Salary:* Depending on experience: starting at $15.75 per hour.

*Main responsibilities:*
* Greeting clients
* Answering the phone and transferring phone calls
* Data entry
* Supply office equipment
* Sorting, sending mail and handling daily administrative tasks
* Organizing the financial advisor's agenda
* Staying informed about new technologies and improving existing systems
* All other related tasks to support the team
*Required qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1 year experience in call reception
* Willingness to provide superior customer service and support
* Good knowledge of English and French.
* Thoroughness and attention to detail
* Great interpersonal skills
* Great ability to work in a team
* Autonomy
* Sense of priorities and ability to manage several files at the same time
* Experience with Word, Excel and Office 365 software
