Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Restaurant. Casino. Bar. Tasks: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff. Record and balance beverage sales. Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock. Clean bar area and wash glassware. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
