<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner that does not shy away from a challenge. In addition, we hope that this candidate also exhibits the following:</p><ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively and quickly build positive relationships not only internally, but also externally to customers and vendors</li><li>Proactive in identifying potential issues and developing solutions</li><li>Organized and able to prioritize tasks based on importance with the understanding of lead times on receiving information from other parties</li><li>Highly detail oriented</li><li>Previous experience working in the accounting functions of Microsoft Dynamics/NAV</li></ul><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p><strong>Accounts Receivable</strong></p><ul><li>Entering remittances</li><li>Entering customer credits</li><li>Ensuring accounts are paid and up to date</li></ul><p><strong>Accounts Payable</strong></p><ul><li>Entering bills from vendors in MS Dynamics/NAV accounting system</li><li>Planning weekly payment run</li><li>Reconciling accounts and ensuring all bills are entered</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be legally entitled to work in Canada</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Strong ability to multi-task</li><li>Work experience with MS Dynamics/NAV desktop is an asset</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Excel</li><li>Basic <span class="long-word">mathematical/accounting</span> skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Bookkeeping and office experience a must</li></ul></div></div>- LocationBarrie, ON
