Join our dynamic team and contribute to our legacy of superior quality and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately measure, cut, and install custom cabinetry in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring precise fit and alignment.</li><li>Safely operate a variety of woodworking tools and equipment established safety protocols.</li><li>Interpret drawings, and specifications, ensuring that the final installation meets the desired aesthetic and functional requirements.</li><li>Install hardware components, with careful attention to detail to ensure smooth operation and longevity.</li><li>Maintain open and clear communication with team members, foremen and project coordinator, providing regular updates on progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring project requirements are met satisfactorily.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Have 2+ years of experience in cabinet installation.</li><li>Experience working in residential construction.</li><li>Capability to handle physical demands associated with the job.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in cabinetry construction techniques and woodworking.</li><li>Exhibit a keen eye for detail and precision in all tasks.</li><li>Must have own car and tools.</li><li>Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Display a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bilingualism would be an asset (English and French).</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Join us at Potvin Construction Company and become part of a team dedicated to excellence in construction.
