PTW is looking to hire an Area Manager for our Drayton Valley, AB branch! Duties and Responsibilities: Lead by example. Manage all aspects of branch operations that include but not limited to employees, scheduling, efficiency, cost control, preventative maintenance, revenue opportunities and inventory levels. Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve branch performance. Monitor branch performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary. Required to visit active worksites a minimum of twice per month to discuss safety and work practices displaying visible safety leadership. Responsible for appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of the branch. Responsible for recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management. Develop and- LocationDrayton Valley, AB
