Job purpose The Lead Carpenter is responsible for working alongside the Site Superintendent and Construction Crews and ensuring that all work on site is carried out as per project requirements, completed safety, and meets quality expectations. This position is local to Grand Cache and area. Duties and responsibilities In addition to working as a Lead Carpenter on the construction project, the Lead supports for the assigned project: Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans Adhering to schedules and monitor attendance of crew Support with allocating general and daily responsibilities Must understand and adhere to safety policies, procedures and values and ensure team is in compliance Provide timely project reports and updates to management Support- LocationGrande Cache, AB
