Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls. Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work. Repair and maintain equipment. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules and procedures. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
