Are you a great Furnace, AC, Boiler, Ductless split installer? Have you ever thought of yourself as a leader? Come grow with Dynamic! What will you do? * Treat our customers? homes like your own and provide top notch service * Professionally install HVAC equipment such as: furnaces, air conditioners, ductless splits, heat pumps, boilers , accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. * Fill out commissioning reports, ensure all paperwork required for the safe completion of a job. * Must meet the company?s Key Performance Indicators such as: minimal call backs, communicate potential customer inquiries to our sales team, all paperwork required is always filled out and key safety measurements are recorded. * Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and properly instruct customers on their care and maintenance. * Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a family owned, customer service oriented team! * Must adhere to all safety rules. * Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need. * Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer. * Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard. What do we offer? * Fully Stocked Van that you get to take home! * Competitive wages with opportunity to earn additional commissions and bonuses based on performance * Apprenticeship for those wanting to pursue higher tickets is available! * Full time, year-round consistent work: as Dynamic Heating and Cooling is always growing, we always have work for you! * Benefits * Gas Card * Competitive wages What do you bring? * Open to G2 candidates with several years of experience * Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. * Must have certificate of qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic- 313D * Must have Gas Technician ?2? (G2) license. * Must have a valid ODP certificate. * Must have at least a Class G Driver?s License. * Must be willing and able to work the on call shifts as required * Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position. * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
