Dynamic Heating and Cooling has an immediate opening for a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician! We are growing very fast and we want to find Team Members who want to grow with us! Come work with an amazing team of service technicians, installers, sheet metal, and commercial technicians. *What will you do? * * Treat our customers? homes like your own and provide top notch HVAC service * Professionally *diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC equipment* such as: furnaces, air conditioners, ductless splits, heat pumps, boilers , accessory items. * Fill out maintenance and inspection reports * Must meet the company?s Key Performance Indicators such as: minimal call backs, communicate potential customer inquiries to our sales team, all paperwork required is always filled out and key safety measurements are recorded *What do we offer?* * Fully Stocked Van that you get to take home! * Competitive wages with opportunity to earn additional commissions and bonuses based on performance * Apprenticeship for those wanting to pursue higher tickets is available! * Full time, year-round consistent work: as Dynamic Heating and Cooling is always growing, we always have work for you! * Benefits * Gas Card * Competitive wages *What do you bring?* * G2 gas license with several years of experience (Minimum 5 years HVAC Service) * Must have certificate of qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic- 313D * Must have a valid ODP certificate. * Must have at least a Class G Driver?s License. * Must be willing and able to work the on call shifts as required * Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position & not be afraid of heights as some jobs will require you to go up on a ladder! * Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications & use our dispatching system for adding customer notes & * job photos *Why Dynamic Heating and Cooling?* Dynamic Heating and Cooling is Hamilton?s Fastest-Growing, Family-Owned HVAC Company and we want to provide Hamiltonians with high quality installations, great and consistent service!
