Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Conduct work measurement or other studies. Develop computer applications for machines and processes. Collect and compile operational or experimental data. Collect and analyze data and samples. Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports. Read blueprints and drawings. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certification by a provincial or territorial association. Computer and technology knowledge: SolidWorks software. File management software. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Programming software. Computer-aided design (CAD). AutoCAD. MS Outlook. MS Windows. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Area of work experience: Fabrication. Area of specialization: Development of production processes. Work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle.
