We?re Pong Game Studios and we need more stellar people like you to join our team *What You'll Do* As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives in the US, with a focus on key markets such as Charity (501-C3), Promotional Games, Online Games, and Historic Horse Racing The role involves two main aspects: executing thoughtful B2B marketing, with some B2C, strategies and tactics and overseeing the implementation and strategy of player marketing. Collaboration with teams, including the managing director, commercial strategy/product, and V.P. Sales, is crucial for success in this role. *Some key responsibilities include:* * Developing annual regional marketing and content strategy, overseeing execution, and allocating budgets * Managing end-to-end execution of key campaigns and product launches across the region * Setting strategic priorities for initiatives, planning/managing budgets, and investments * Planning and executing customer events and tradeshows in the region (G2E Amusement Expo, etc.) * Collaborating with commercial team leaders to support product vision, roadmap, and key launches * Supporting key customer relationships and extending marketing support to them * Collaborating with external agencies, overseeing scoped work, and managing agency execution * Identifying opportunities and growth within the market for future executions * Utilizing contextual data/insights to fuel marketing efforts *What We're Looking For* * Extensive experience in professional marketing.
