*About Us: * Our TMS clinic is at the forefront of innovative mental health treatments. We?re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented TMS Technician/Medical Admin to join our team. If you?re passionate about mental health and have a strong technical aptitude, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities: * * Patient Care: Conduct TMS treatments according to established protocols, ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Technical Proficiency: Operate TMS equipment accurately and efficiently, including coil placement, motor threshold testing, and treatment parameter adjustments. * Data Management: Document treatment sessions, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records. * Clinical Support: Assist with patient intake, education, and discharge planning. * Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards and participate in ongoing training and development. *Job Competencies:* * Customer service oriented (Very important! Must be polite and friendly to all patients, staff, visitors at all times) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to operate diagnostic equipment * Pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone * Ability to maintain patient confidentiality * Experience with Ministry of Health billing, insurance billing, and reconciliation of payments is a bonus, but not required * Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment * Must be able to handle difficult situations in a calm manner * Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills *Qualifications: * * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or technical role. * Strong technical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. *Preferred Qualifications: * * Prior experience with TMS therapy or other medical equipment. * Basic understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology. * Certification in relevant technical fields (e.g., biomedical equipment technician). _\*Training will be provided for the right candidate._ If you?re ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health conditions, please submit your resume and cover letter.
