Job details
Looking for a full-time reliable carpenter who has experience with general repairs and maintenance. Tasks include but are not limited to flooring, drywall, painting, countertop and cabinet installation, basic plumbing, baseboard and trim repair, door repair and installation, and other types of rough and finishing carpentry. Employee must have basic maintenance tools and a reliable personal vehicle. All parts are delivered to each job site and the employee may be responsible for setting up some appointments for service calls (schedule flexibility). Please mention all relevant experience on your resume. A cover letter is not required.
