Responsibilities
Tasks

Compile data to prepare documents

Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures

Supervise staff

Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports

Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Manage events

Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments

Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation

Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
