*Overview*
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all marketing activities for our clinic, including social media management, content creation, and SEO. You will work closely with the marketing team to craft engaging content, ensure daily posts on our platforms, and support with video production for reels and other media. This role requires someone who is proactive, innovative, and passionate about helping grow our clinic?s online presence.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage the clinic?s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensuring all the online profiles of the clinic are up-to-date.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach.
Plan, schedule, and post daily content on all platforms.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all social media channels.
Track and manage customer reviews, feedback and interactions on platforms like Google Business, Yelp, etc.
2. Content Creation & SEO:
Create engaging and relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics) for social media and website.
Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality reels and short videos, including assisting in shoots.
Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic.
Update the clinic's profile and website regularly as we expand and evolve.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing Team:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and content strategies.
Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to promote services and events.
Coordinate with other departments to align marketing efforts with clinic goals.
4. Manage Marketing Projects:
Oversee day-to-day marketing tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and platforms to keep our strategies fresh.
Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling platforms (Business suite, Buffer, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
