We are currently seeking a _*Marketing Coordinator*_ to help us continue to grow and reach new heights. *Position Summary* We are looking for an energetic and proactive _*Marketing Coordinator*_ who can thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company?s advertising, social media presence, and marketing efforts, helping to grow the business and enhance brand visibility. This role requires creativity, organization, and a passion for driving business success through innovative marketing strategies. *Key Responsibilities* * *Advertising Management:* Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding. * *Social Media Management:* Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement. Setting up automated campaigns using email, text and direct mail. * *Content Creation:* Write and design marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, brochures, videos and website updates. * *Brand Strategy:* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the company's values and messaging. * *Marketing Analytics:* Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement through weekly and monthly reports. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and business growth. * *Event Coordination:* Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and community outreach activities to enhance visibility and customer engagement. *Qualifications* * Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of marketing experience (preferred, but not mandatory), preferably in the financial services or real estate industries. * Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools, such as WordPress. * Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). * Intermediate knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. * Past results managing successful marketing campaigns. * Experience with web-based CRM systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Technologically savvy and ability to learn new programs quickly. * Excellent organizational and project management abilities. * Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment. * Creative, proactive, and driven to achieve results. * Positive energy, willingness to lend a hand. *What We Offer* * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * A collaborative and supportive work environment. * Flexible work schedule. * A fun, relaxed work atmosphere that values both results and personal fulfillment.
