*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various hand tools. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to perform tasks with precision and care. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. *Responsibilities* * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations. * Perform heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and equipment. * Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a polished final product. * Collaborate with team members to build structures or install components according to specifications. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions as needed. *Skills* * Proficient in blueprint reading to accurately follow design specifications. * Strong maintenance person skills with experience in various construction techniques. * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment essential for installation tasks. * Ability to perform heavy lifting, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. * Experience in caulking and finishing work for a professional appearance. * Basic carpentry skills, including building structures or components as required.
