Restaurant Manager Qdoba is looking for a qualified career minded individual with an energetic and outgoing personality to be a leader to build up a new team in Steinbach, MB. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing overall operations of the entire restaurant. They are accountable for all aspects of food safety, food quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, and production. They must have a guest-centric attitude and must have a passion to develop their team with the same qualities. Applicants must be strong communicators, possess a hands-on management style and have a passion for Operational Excellence. The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the District Manager. A strong understanding of reporting processes using Microsoft office systems is required. An understand of basic technology skills is preferred. Applicants should have knowledge of schedule building, inventory management and food safety requirements. The position is for all shifts including Day, Evening, and Weekends. Own transportation is required. Own cellphone is required. Competitive salary offered and bonus structure.
